I came to the Rogue Valley in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the natural beauty, the climate, and the welcoming community. I’m passionate about helping women feel good in their skin, feel more comfortable in their bodies, and create lives they genuinely love. As a licensed esthetician, I believe skincare can be both results-driven and deeply restorative. My treatments combine customized, effective skincare with a calming experience that gives your nervous system a chance to slow down and exhale. I’m also passionate about the deeper work of navigating life transitions, understanding ourselves more fully, and learning to regulate and reconnect with our bodies. As a certified Women’s Wellness Coach, I support women who are ready to move beyond simply getting through life and begin creating what comes next with greater self-trust and intention.
